Your package will be sent out within 3 business days after the payment is received. If possible – we will ship on the same day – as no one likes to wait!
Delivery time to anywhere in Estonia is normally whitin 7 business days, to other destinations in Europe about 14 days. Sometimes the delivery can take longer than the estimated time, feel free to contact us at anytime if you haven’t received your package after a while.
Within Estonia we use Itella SmartPOST or Omniva parcel termnals. Shipping fee of 3€ will be added on top or the order and paid by the client if not specified any different. Shipping to anywhere in Estonia is free if you order at least 50€ worth.
To outside Estonia we ship as registered mail with a tracking number. Shipping fee of 12€ will be added on top or the order and paid by the client if not specified any different. Shipping is free on orders over 100€.
Please take into account that to further destinations the delivery time may be longer. We promise to do our best and get your parcel shipped ASAP. If you are unsure if we deliver to your country – please get in touch and we will figure out a way to get your parcel delivered.
